This place sucks! Come get a haircut wait an hour for the employee to do other things! Empty is this place now I now why!

They messed up not one but two of my grandsons heads! And then the owner hung up in my face! Awful customer service... I will be calling corporate! I wish I could post pictures. And I wish I could post pictures

I just got one of the worst haircuts I have ever had. Its embarrassing and here it is New Year’s Eve and I’m supposed to go out looking like this. I thought once I got home and took a shower it would get better but it actually got worse. There is almost an inch difference from one side to the other.
